Agreement to These Terms
Welcome to BCULabs.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by BCU Labs, Inc. ("BCU Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and any products, content, or services made available through it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site or purchase from us. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. We may request proof of age or identity and may refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe does not meet them.
Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use
All products offered on the Site are laboratory research materials sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical, and educational purposes ("Research Use Only" or "RUO"). Products are not:
drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices;
intended, labeled, or approved for human or animal consumption, administration, injection, or any other form of use in or on a living organism;
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition; or evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") or any comparable foreign authority for any use other than laboratory research.
Content on the Site that references published studies or biological mechanisms describes existing scientific literature about a compound. It is not a claim that our products are safe or effective for any particular purpose, and it is not medical, health, or dosing guidance.
Purchaser Representations and Researcher Certification
By creating an account or placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you are purchasing solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, or research purposes, on behalf of yourself, an academic institution, a commercial research entity, or another qualified organization;
(b) you will not administer, ingest, inject, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into or onto a human or animal, and will not resell, repackage, or represent any product as suitable for such use;
(c) you have training, equipment, and facilities appropriate to handle laboratory research chemicals safely;
(d) you will comply with all federal, state, local, and international laws and institutional policies applicable to your purchase, possession, storage, and use of the products, including any state-specific restrictions on particular compounds; and
(e) all information you provide to us, including your name, shipping address, and stated purpose, is accurate.
Restricted Jurisdictions
Laws governing research peptides and related compounds vary by state and country and are changing frequently. We may restrict or decline to ship certain products to certain states, provinces, or countries at our discretion, including jurisdictions where a product's sale, possession, or receipt is restricted. It is your responsibility to confirm that receiving and possessing a product is lawful where you are located before ordering. We are not liable if a product cannot lawfully be shipped to, or possessed in, your jurisdiction.
No Medical or Professional Advice
Nothing on the Site — including product descriptions, blog content, certificates of analysis, or support communications — is medical, health, legal, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for guidance specific to your situation. We are not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or compounding facility.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used inconsistently with the RUO restrictions above.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to violate these Terms, at our discretion, before or after payment is processed.
Prices are subject to change without notice and are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payment is processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Use of a third-party processor is subject to that processor's own terms.
You represent that all billing and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch products within 24 hours after receiving your order, subject to payment, destination, and inventory verification. This is a dispatch target, not a 24-hour delivery guarantee. Carrier transit estimates are separate. Provide an accurate deliverable address and monitor tracking. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required time, we will provide the required delay notice and consent or cancellation/refund options. Our Shipping & Handling policy explains delivery responsibilities and claims; nothing in it removes rights under applicable law.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Shipments
All sales are final for change of mind. Report visible damage, shortages, or incorrect items to support@bculabs.com within 24 consecutive hours of the carrier-recorded delivery, including weekends and holidays. Include your order number, affected items, and packaging photos. Your initial email timestamp controls; you may provide additional requested evidence afterward. Late reports are ineligible under our voluntary replacement policy. Approved claims receive replacement of the affected quantity, with standard replacement shipping covered by BCU Labs; no discretionary refunds or store credit are offered. Do not return anything without written authorization.
This reporting deadline does not remove statutory rights, exclude hidden defects that could not reasonably be discovered on inspection, or apply to a shipment that never arrived. Required refunds, including applicable cancellation rights for unshipped delayed orders, and other legally required remedies remain available. Product Testing and No Warranty of Research Outcome
Where we provide a Certificate of Analysis ("CoA") or similar documentation, it reflects testing performed on the referenced batch at the time of testing. We do not guarantee that any product will produce particular results in your research and make no warranty regarding outcomes, stability, or performance under conditions outside our control, including your storage, handling, and reconstitution practices.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site or our products to:
administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise use any product in or on a human or animal;
make or imply medical, therapeutic, or health claims about any product, in reviews, social media, resale listings, or elsewhere;
resell products as anything other than RUO laboratory material, or misrepresent a product's intended use to a third party;
violate any law or regulation, or infringe our or any third party's rights; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Site.
Assumption of Risk and Release
Laboratory research chemicals carry inherent risks in handling, storage, and use. By purchasing from us, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the purchase, possession, and use of our products, and you release BCU Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your handling, use, or misuse of the products, including any use inconsistent with the RUO restrictions in these Terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BCU Labs, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use, misuse, or mishandling of any product, including administration to a human or animal; (c) any statements, health claims, or promotional content you make about our products; or (d) any regulatory inquiry or action arising from your acts or statements.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BCU LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, RESEARCH, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and the BCU Labs name and marks — is owned by or licensed to BCU Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or trademarks without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
