Contact and account information: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and password (if you create an account).
Order information: products purchased, order history, and communications with customer support.
Payment information: processed directly by our third-party payment processor(s); we do not store full payment card numbers.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and analyze traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no common industry standard for such signals has been adopted.
Research access: after you submit both research-access confirmations, we set the first-party _pbl_researcher_verified cookie for up to one year. This HttpOnly cookie remembers your acknowledgement so you do not need to repeat it on every visit. It is separate from optional analytics preferences and marketing email consent. Clearing or blocking it means you may need to confirm again.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Service providers who perform functions on our behalf — payment processing, shipping/fulfillment, hosting, email delivery, and analytics — under confidentiality and data-protection obligations;

EEA/UK visitors (GDPR): If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our legal bases for processing include performance of a contract (fulfilling your order), legitimate interests (operating and securing the Site), and consent (marketing). Marketing Communications
